TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VERZE MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Verze Media in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
