3. A2P SMS/MMS Messaging Compliance

Verze Media operates in full compliance with the A2P 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) registration requirements, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and applicable carrier guidelines. The following provisions govern all SMS and MMS communications we send on behalf of ourselves or our clients.

3.1 Consent and Opt-In

We will only send SMS/MMS messages to individuals who have provided prior express written consent. Consent may be obtained through:

        A web form with a clear checkbox and disclosure statement

        A keyword opt-in via SMS (e.g., texting "JOIN" to a designated number)

        A paper or electronic form at a point-of-sale or event

Verze Media registers all SMS campaigns through the A2P 10DLC process as required by U.S. wireless carriers. This includes registering our brand and individual use cases with The Campaign Registry (TCR). We ensure that:

        All campaigns are accurately described during registration

        Message content matches the registered use case

        Traffic is sent only through registered, approved phone numbers

        Campaign registration is kept current and renewed as required

3.5 Prohibited Uses

Verze Media does not engage in, and prohibits our clients from using our services for, the following:

        Sending unsolicited (spam) SMS/MMS messages

        Phishing, spoofing, or impersonation via text message

        Transmitting content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing

        Using shared short codes for marketing campaigns (prohibited under carrier guidelines)

        Any form of SMS pumping fraud or artificial traffic inflation

4. How We Use Your Information

        To send you transactional, operational, and marketing communications (with appropriate consent)
